Access to and use of the Website grants the visitor the status of user and implies full and unconditional acceptance of the terms set out herein. The user agrees to use the Website and the information it contains appropriately and to refrain from any unlawful activity or actions that may infringe the rights of third parties.

3. Intellectual and Industrial Property

All content on the Website, including texts, photographs, logos, design, software, and any other material, is the property of Jesús Sánchez Melero or of third parties who have authorized its use. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or use of such content without the express authorization of the owner is strictly prohibited.

BOOKING AND CANCELATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Bookings

To confirm a booking with Costadeluz.com, the customer must pay a deposit, the amount of which depends on the total cost of the stay:
• For amounts over €500: One third (1/3) of the total must be paid by bank transfer.
• For amounts equal to or below €500: 50% of the total amount must be paid.

The booking will only be considered confirmed once the corresponding deposit has been received. The customer has 2 days to make the payment; during this time, the selected dates will remain blocked.
The remaining balance must be paid at check-in, either in cash, by bank transfer, or via PayPal.

2. Cancellation Policy

The customer may cancel their booking up to 45 days before the check-in date without penalty. The following conditions apply:
• If the cancellation is requested more than 45 days before check-in: The full deposit will be refunded.
• If the cancellation is requested within 45 days before check-in: The deposit will not be refundable, except in the case described below.

3. Refund of Deposit Subject to Re-letting

If a cancellation occurs within the non-refundable period, the following applies:

If the accommodation is re-let for the same dates and at the same price, Costadeluz.com will refund the entire deposit to the cancelling customer.

If the accommodation is re-let for a lower price or for only part of the period, the refund will be adjusted proportionally to the amount recovered
