The location is unbeatable, just 300 meters from the beach in the La Atalaya residential area, known for its family-friendly and peaceful atmosphere, and for being situated in one of the best locations within the town. The path down to the beach is through La Atalaya Park (perfect for families with young children due to the safety of encountering few cars on the way down), and the path is shown in the following photos. The nearest beach is La Fontanilla, equipped with beach services, restaurants, and bars right on the sand. Directly opposite the residential area, about 70 meters from the entrance, there is a group of establishments: a restaurant, pizzeria, burger joint, etc. In the other direction, about 200 meters away, there is a Jamón supermarket, and nearby is the local market, perfect for buying fresh local fish and the vegetables that characterize the town for their quality, flavor, and vibrancy. A Mercadona supermarket is located about 500 meters away.
